'Harry Potter' actor apparates to 'The Flash's' Central City as a series regular

The DC Comics television universe has cast plenty of actors from other genre projects in the past (Doctor Who seemingly one of their favorites to pull from) but this time a student from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is headed to Central City to join The Flash for Season 3.
